Mental Health Services Provided

I am an APRN, BC, CS is a Board Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who is a Clinical Specialist in Psychiatric and Mental Health and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in the State of Massachusetts to provide psychopharmacology (write prescriptions), psychotherapy (counseling), consultation, and teach.

Services I provide include:

• Individual adult psychotherapy (holistic counseling)
• Couple and family psychotherapy
• Psychopharmacology for adults. No outpatient detoxification available for drugs and alcohol

• Cognitive behavioral skills

• Assertiveness skills

• Relaxation/Visualization  training

• Organizational skills

• Physical health guidance (exercise,nutrition) and consult around medical issues.

• Communication skills

• Therapeutic Touch upon request  (softening the person’s aura without
  physically touching them)

• Home visits for the physically disabled, for recuperation after surgery, or after the birth of a child (local outlying areas only)

• Disability evaluations unavailable
